What is your cancellation and no show policy?
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for any single service.
A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple services or a spa package cancellation.
Can I book a standing appointment online?
At this time, you are not able to book a standing appointment online.
How do I book an appointment for a group?
If you are booking an appointment for a group of people, please contact the spa directly.
What if I can't find the service I am looking for?
If you cannot find a particular service or package listed in the drop down list, it is because not all of
the spas services are available to book online due to their unique scheduling requirements. Please call the
spa directly to make an appointment for these services and packages.
What's the difference between "First Available" and "Select Technician"?
By selecting "First Available", the website will search for the first available time for this appointment regardless of
the technician. If you would like to schedule your appointment with a specific person, please choose "Select Technician"
in the drop down list. After you click "Search" you will be prompted with a list of technicians that can perform the
services you requested. If you are scheduling a package and you choose "Select Technician", you will be prompted with a
list of the services contained in the package and you will then be able to specify "First Available" or else choose a
technician for each of service in the package. Please note that by choosing "First Available" the search process might
take a bit longer at times to find all the available times.
Can I book an appointment online for today?
If you would like to book an appointment for today, please call the spa directly. At this time,
you are not able to book an appointment online for today.
How much do the services cost?

What does the "Start Search On" date mean?
The "Start Search On" date indicates the date that the website will start searching for available appointments. Since you can
only search for appointments 10 days at a time, if you want to book an appointment for next month, you might want to change
the "Start Search On" date to fit the desired appointment time.
What does Appointment Available mean?
After you click "Search", you will see a calendar with dates colored green and white. Available appointments are colored green,
and that indicates there is at least one appointment time available on that day that meets your request. To view the
appointment times available for different dates, simply click that date in a green colored cell. The available appointment
start times will be displayed beneath the calendar. If a date in the calendar is colored white that means that there are no
appointment times available that day that meet your request.
How do I search for appointments after the last date on the calendar?
The website searches for available appointment times for the next 10 days after the "Start Search On" date. If you would like
to search for appointments further than 10 days past the "Start Search On" date, you can either go back to the search page
and modify the "Start Search On" date or else you can simply click the "Click here to search" link under the calendar. By
clicking this link, the website will search for appointments in the next 10 day range using your same search requests.
What does Appointment Duration mean?
The approximate duration time displayed next to each appointment time is there to give you an estimate of how long your
appointment will be. Please not e that these times are simply estimates and your actual appointment might be shorter or
longer than this time depending on various circumstances.
How do I change the search that I requested?
If you would like to modify a search you requested, simply click on the "Click here to modify your search" link displayed
under the calendar. This link will return you to the Search page and you will be able to modify services, technicians,
preferred time slots, etc.
I forgot my password, how can I get it?
If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it online at the Forgot Password page. After you enter your email
address, your password will be emailed to you automatically.
How can I change my email address?
If you need to change your email address, you can do so after you Sign In. Simply click on Your Account and enter in your
new email address. When you are done, click the "Update" button to change your account information.
How do I register?
If you have not used online appointments before, you must register to receive a password. Select Click Here to Register to
register for online appointments.
What information is required?
To be able to book appointments online, you must register. Please complete as much of the form as possible. The fields marked
with an asterisk (*) are required to register for online appointments.
What if I don't have a Red Door Preferred Guest Number?
If you don't have a Red Door Preferred Guest Number, simply leave that field blank when registering. If you receive a number
at a later point and time, you can always update your account with this information.
What type of email special offers or promotions will I receive?
From time to time, we will send you emails with information relevant to our clients. By checking the box, you agree to
receive these emails. If, at any time, you no longer wish to receive these emails you can unsubscribe via the website or via email.
Why do I need to enter my credit card information?
All clients are required to enter their credit card information. Your credit card number is used to secure your appointment.
Will my credit card be charged?
No, your credit card will not be charged when you book your appointment. However, if you do not show up for your appointment
and you did not notify the spa, the spa reserves the right to charge the credit card you used to book your appointment.
What if I make changes to an appointment before it is booked?
If you would like to make changes to an appointment before it is booked, you can click the "Click here to make changes to
your appointment" link. You will be directed back to the search page where you can modify services, technicians, date and time, etc.
When will I receive my email confirmation?
You should receive your email confirmation within 10-15 minutes. However, if network traffic is very high it might take a few
hours to receive your email. Please save your email confirmation for your records. It contains information such as your
confirmation number, appointment date and time, the services you requested and if you specified any technicians. If any
information in your email confirmation does not appear correct, please contact the spa immediately.
When will I receive my email reminder?
As a courtesy, the spa will send an email the day before your appointment as a reminder. This email will also contain your
confirmation number, the appointment date and time, the services you requested and if you specified any technicians.
How does the export to Outlook feature work?
If you would like to enter your appointment into Microsoft Outlook, you can click the
"Click here to export this appointment" link to do so automatically. A new window will pop open and prompt you
if you would like to open this item. Click "open" and an Outlook calendar item will appear. Simply click "save" and then all of your appointment information will be saved to your calendar.
