I’m a new client — what should I know before my first visit?
New clients are welcome. Tricoci provides personalized care, so share your hair history (color, treatments, extensions) with your technician and arrive a few minutes early. Ask about current new-client offers when you book.
What are Tricoci Chicago’s hours?
Tricoci’s downtown Chicago salon is open Tuesday–Friday 8 AM–8 PM, Saturday 8 AM–6 PM, and Sunday 9 AM–6 PM; closed Monday.

Does Tricoci have any current offers, coupons, or a rewards program?
Any current deals appear on Tricoci’s offers page. Signing up by email unlocks exclusive offers. If you refer a friend, you each receive $25 toward a future treatment\!
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Tricoci gift cards don’t expire and can be redeemed at any Tricoci Salon & Spa; pick one up at book.tricoci.com/webstoreNew/giftcards, in the app, or in salon. Keep in mind they’re non-refundable and can’t be applied to online product purchases on tricoci.com.
What is your cancellation policy, and do I need to tip?
Tricoci asks that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. A late cancellation (under 24 hours) is charged 50% of the service price, and a no-show with no notice is charged the full 100%. Gratuity is discretionary, with 15–20% customary in salons.
