A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice is charged 50% of the booked service price, and a no-show with no notice is charged 100%; med spa visits may follow their own policy. Gratuity is up to you — 15–20% is typical for salon and spa services, and med spa treatments aren’t tipped.
