I am a dedicated fitness professional with over 10 years of experience and my passion is to create healthier lifestyles. I found a love of sports in the 1st grade which continued all the way through up into college, when I was a track and field sprinter at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My passion is to transform the lives of others as they become more fit, increase their motivation, self esteem and confidence through spiritual uplifting and encouragement to all.
What she’s looking forward to about M4: I'm most looking forward to helping the model look and feel their best on stage and with that, helping to bring out the confidence already within them. Because when your body is in your best physical shape, it exudes and shines on stage.

I started playing organized sports at age 3. When I was 12, my father decided it was time to learn how to properly lift weights. I always enjoyed being able to see the changes that I could make to my body with exercise. When I was in college I was enrolled in the business program and picked up a fitness minor; for the first time in my life I enjoyed going to class and looked forward to learning. Fitness allows me to share my passion for exercise with others and show them what exercise can do for both their body and mind.
What he’s looking forward to about M4: I'm most looking forward to being teamed up with a model, setting goals, and achieving those goals. Helping them to put their look and feel their best for this competition.

I have been involved in fitness since the age of 3, when I joined my first competitive swim team. By age 4 I idolized my coaches of various sports and decided I wanted to be just like them. I would "coach" my friends and myself from that age forward.
In college, I competed as a Division 1 Track and Field athlete. That is also when I began personal training. It was then that my dream of coaching transitioned to personal training- a form of coaching on an individualized level. Witnessing the external as well as internal transformations of each of my clients touched my heart and I knew that there was nothing else I would rather be doing.
What she’s looking forward to about M4: I come from a competitive family and background and I look forward to helping individuals who are competing in this industry, especially since it is new and exciting to me too. I look forward to helping to teach and transform the finalists along their journey and competition.

I've always enjoyed working out & living a healthy lifestyle, but what really got me into fitness was a trainer at my local gym, Alvan Duckworth. He really took me under his wing & taught me everything he knows. What also got me into fitness was the need to help people. Knowing that I have the ability to completely change someone's life is so inspiring, and is truly why I love the fitness industry.

I got into fitness because I have always cared for the body we are given. You only get one. I became fascinated with how the body works, how it moves, and what it responds to. My whole life has revolved around fitness. In high school I played 4 varsity sports (soccer, track, basketball and cross country). In college I ran track, played soccer and was a cheerleader. I even competed on the national level in cheerleading. Striving to be the best can't be done with just raw talent. You have to put countless hours of practice and hard work into whatever you're doing. That's the way fitness works. Anything worth achieving never comes easy. If you want it badly enough you'll put in the time to get it done. That's how I motivate my clients. They've come to me for a reason. They need my help and that's what I'm here for - to help and to motivate. I've always wanted to help and to motivate people. Personal training is a great way to do that via fitness.
What he’s looking forward to about M4: Seeing all the contestants really give it their all. At first, they may seem intimidated, but as they become more comfortable they have more fun. It's not something they dread, it's something they really look forward to do, which in turn creates a habit for them. It encourages them to work out consistently; they see the importance of fitness.
