Kevin Barker, FFC Oak Park Personal Trainer

Training Credentials: B.S. Miami University (Dual Major: Exercise Science/ Health Appraisal & Enhancement; Minor: Nutrition); NSCA-CSCS

I originally got into fitness to better prepare myself for high school baseball, wrestling, and gymnastics; however, as the years went on, fitness continued to be a growing influence in my life. The more I immersed myself in the field, the more fascinated I became. To this day, I am extremely interested in everything having to do with the latest and greatest fitness trends.

"I'm looking forward to having the chance to motivate the contestants and help them become the best version of themselves".

Tatiana Wilczak, FFC West Loop Personal Trainer

Training Credentials: NASM, Precision Nutrition and Powerlifting

I originally went to school to become a nurse, but as time went on, I decided that I wanted to help people prevent illness through fitness and proper nutrition, rather than treat them when it’s too late. I am a firm believer that good physical fitness helps you in all aspects of your life, and becoming a personal trainer gives me the joy of knowing I am making a difference!

"I’m excited to get to know all of the contestants and their families! I am also very eager to help them as they transform throughout their training process."

Sondra Ellingson, FFC West Loop Personal Trainer

Training Credentials: NASM- National Academy of Sports Medicine, Women's Fitness Specialist (WFS), Barbell and Beyond

I began playing sports in grade school, eventually receiving a scholarship to play volleyball and basketball in college. It was during this time that I began doing print and runway modeling. After moving to Chicago, I added acting to my resume. I began auditioning and filming commercials, movies, television shows, and theater plays. I found that my love of fitness and helping others were perfect ingredients for a personal training career. Once I realized this, I became certified, which ended up being the best decision of my life. One of the best opportunities it has afforded me thus far has been coaching one of the 2015 M4 finalist!

"I'm excited about the final show, the final walk, and most importantly, the start of an amazing career! I’m really looking forward to seeing all of the contestants shine on the runway!"

Jonathan Denzel Sergent, FFC West Loop Personal Trainer

Training Credentials: Purdue University B.S. Movement & Sports Science, ACE

Since I was young, my whole life has revolved around fitness. In high school, I played four varsity sports: soccer, track, basketball, and cross country. Additionally, in college, I ran track, played soccer, and was a cheerleader. With that being said, I believe that being successful in anything fitness related takes hard work and dedication, and that is how I motivate my clients.

"I’m excited to see the contestants give it their all, and learn the importance of fitness. I’m also looking forward to seeing their transformation as they start to consistently work out."

Michelle Stratton, FFC West Loop Personal Trainer

Training Credentials: Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, NASM-CSCS, NASM-CPT, USA Track and Field Level 1 Certified Coach

I have been involved in fitness since the age of 3, when I joined my first competitive swim team. By age 4 I idolized my coaches of various sports and decided I wanted to be just like them. I would "coach" my friends and myself from that age forward.

In college, I competed as a Division 1 Track and Field athlete. That is also when I began personal training. It was then that my dream of coaching transitioned to personal training- a form of coaching on an individualized level. Witnessing the external as well as internal transformations of each of my clients touched my heart and I knew that there was nothing else I would rather be doing.

"I come from a competitive family and background and I look forward to helping individuals who are competing in this industry, especially since it is new and exciting to me too. I look forward to helping to teach and transform the finalists along their journey and competition."

From little league to college, sports have always been a huge part of my life. Whether I am playing or coaching, I love being around sports and experiencing that rush you can only get at the gym. The energy that surrounds me daily is what inspires me to help change the lives of all types of people!

"I'm looking forward to working with models that are just starting out in the industry, and helping them reach their full potential."
