Mario Tricoci Hair Salons and Day Spas cares about the communities we serve.
Through Spa & Share, we offer assistance to local groups and organizations with
their fund raising efforts.
Spa & Share is a program designed to help non-profit charitable and service
organizations* such as clubs, scouting, educational, health, senior citizens and
other similar groups to raise funds, by donating 10% of their service, retail and
gift certificate purchases to the organization (excluding gratuity).
This is a charitable donation made from Mario Tricoci.
*Exempt from federal income tax under 501c3.
how to set up a spa & share
Please provide us with your initial contact information by filling out the
form below, and we request that you be ready with the following information:
Two options for Spa & Share dates
Dates must be a consecutive Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
First choice dates must be at least six weeks from your request date to allow adequate time for processing
Name of Organization/Charity
Tax ID number
Address where final check will be sent
Name of Chairperson and contact number or e-mail
Within 14 days after submitting an application the Chairperson will receive
an email which will:
- Confirm the program dates.
- Include the identification vouchers for the organization to distribute.
There is no limit to the amount of identification vouchers that can be recorded
for each Spa & Share program. You may reproduce as many vouchers as you wish
and distribute them to friends, neighbors and relatives in your area. Spa & Share
vouchers must be presented to a Guest Service Representative upon checkout to receive
credit for your charity.*
Your organization can participate in Spa & Share as many times as you wish in a
calendar year. Each program runs three days -- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only.
Blackout days: Programs may be scheduled for any week of the year with the exceptions
of the weeks of Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and the weeks before Christmas
and New Year's.
*It is especially important to remember that identification vouchers are not
to be distributed at or near any Mario Tricoci location on your designated Spa & Share
days; all participants must receive their identification vouchers before they arrive.
Violation could result in cancellation of the program for your group. Spa & Share cannot
be combined with other discounts or offers.
RECEIVING YOUR RETURN
Checks will be sent directly to the Chairperson approximately five weeks after your Spa & Share dates.
