Members receive points on purchases of services and products. Gift Card purchases do not earn points. When checking out, let the Guest Service Representative know you are a rewards member. If using a reward, let the Guest Service Representative know you would like to redeem prior to payment.
In Salon: A Guest Service Representative can help you register to tricoci.com, both in salon and during reservations via the phone. The Guest Service Representative will register a valid email and provide you with a temporary password. At this time, visit www.tricoci.com, Click my account, sign in with the valid email and temporary password provided by our Guest Service Representative, you can change your password in the my account window, click the TR icon, finalize enrollment by agreeing to terms & conditions and submitting your birthday.
Online: To become a member of Tricoci Rewards, visit www.tricoci.com. In order to enroll, you must first have a valid email registered to tricoci.com. Click my account, create or sign in with a valid email and password, click the TR icon, finalize enrollment by agreeing to terms & conditions and submitting your birthday. If you already have a username that is not using an email, please contact email@example.com to assist.
To receive all membership benefits, you must provide a valid email address and birthday. Opting in to receive emails and providing your birthday allows us to send you exclusive membership offers and a birthday surprise! Please note, if you do not provide your birthday prior to the month, we will not be able to give you your gift.
Yes! If you join before, during or after in the same day of your visit, your points will be available within 24 hours.
MANAGING YOUR PROFILE
No, the rewards account is individual and non-transferable. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is not using your points. If you feel that your membership has been compromised, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To check your points balance, go to tricoci.com, click “My Account”, sign in and click the TR icon.
Linking your membership to your online profile allows you to seamlessly interact with your online account and rewards dashboard. You can view your points and then easily book and shop.
Navigate to tricoci.com. Click “My Account”, enter in your username, click next, click the "Forgot password?" link upon singing in. A link to rest your password will be sent to the email address associated with your online account. Sign into your account and click the TR icon to navigate to your dashboard.
Points are earned on the net spend of all service and product purchases. Net spend is defined as product and service purchases less returns; coupons ; discounts; rewards used. Sales tax & gratuity charged do not earn points.
Enhanced members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Elevated members earn 1.25 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Empowered members earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
Points are automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours of when you earned them.
You can earn points on all services and products. Discounted products earn points on the amount paid after the discount. Gift card purchases, membership purchases, shipping charges, taxes, and fees are not eligible for earning points.
Yes, members can earn their base and extra points on the same transaction. For example, members will earn a minimum of 100 points on a $100 qualifying purchase. If there is an extra point opportunity, a member will also receive the allotted amount after the transaction is completed.
Points expire for Enhanced and Elevated members, 2 years after they are earned. For example, if a member earns 200 points on August 1st, 2020 the points will expire July 31st, 2022. Empowered members points do not expire as long as status is remained.
You can find the current number of points expiring in your member dashboard by visiting tricoci.com, click “My Account”, sign in and click the TR icon. This is provided on a 30-day basis.
Your points, base and bonus, are deducted from your points balance. If you do not have enough points, your bank will go into a negative balance.
A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

• At checkout, let the Guest Service Representative know that you would like to redeem points on your purchase. You can start redeeming when you have at least 200 available points. Maximum redemption per day is $75 (2000 points).
• The Guest Service Representative will check your balance. You can redeem using the following the thresholds below or a combination of thresholds. You have the option to use all or some of your points.

Yes, your points can be combined with other discounts. Special offers will specify in the terms and conditions.
Gift card purchases, membership/series, gratuity, taxes, and fees are excluded.
If you use your rewards points to buy something and then return that item, you will receive only what you paid in cash/credit. You will not receive points back, and points earned during your original purchase will be reduced from your balance.
No, points are non-transferable.

Our Elevated members have additional benefits including a higher earning rate and double point days.
Reaching Elevated status requires a minimum annual spend of $200 (total qualified spending between January and December of a calendar year). Your membership will be upgraded within 24 hours once you meet the spending threshold.

Yes. When you pay the $50 membership fee, your massage or facial service will automatically be reduced by $25.
No. Wellness Club is the new name for our paid
Mario Plus Spa Membership program. Tricoci Rewards is a free program for guests to earn points on purchases of services and products.
Yes. Your Wellness Club membership allows you unlimited massages or facials at the membership price for 12 months.
Yes. You may purchase a gift card for a Wellness Club membership.
No problem. All Tricoci gift cards can be redeemed for the dollar amount on the card and applied towards any service or retail product.
No. Once you have received a massage at the member price you are not eligible for a refund.
No. Membership prices apply to Wellness Club members only.
