Salon & Spa Policy
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure you receive your full service and that other guests are not inconvenienced. Please arrive fifteen to thirty minutes in advance of your appointment. This allows time to change into a robe and to relax prior to your service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Tricoci Salon & Spa requires a credit card to reserve your appointment.
Out of respect for our stylists, colorists, nail technicians, estheticians, and massage therapists, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be charged 50% of the booked service price for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and 100% of the service price for appointments missed without notice.
Tricoci Salon & Spa is dedicated to providing you with an exceptional experience. Should a service fall short of your expectations, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. While we do not offer monetary refunds on services, we will work with you to create a look you love!
Tricoci Hair Salons and Day Spas reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification. This is to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your Guest Service Representative when you book your appointment.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests.
Services To Minors
Tricoci Salons and Spas are adult oriented atmospheres. We do not accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years unless accompanied by a parent. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services. Children under the age of 18 may need a signed waiver and/or be accompaniment by a parent or adult guardian to receive services. Please note, online bookings cannot be made by or for persons under 18 years of age. For more specific information, please call our customer service number 847.202.1900.
For Your Comfort In The Spa
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some services may be contraindicated. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant. Please note, we do not perform any massage or body treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy. After the first trimester, a doctor’s approval is recommended but not required.
Please feel free to request a male or female massage therapist. Our massage therapists are highly trained to be sensitive to your comfort and modesty at all times.
For the comfort of all of our guests, all Tricoci Salon and Spas are smoke-free environments. This includes electronic cigarettes and vaporizers.
So guests may fully enjoy their spa experience, and as a courtesy to all, we have a no cell phone policy and do not allow children under 12 in our spa.
Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the robe that is provided.
For your comfort and convenience, your treatment may require the removal of jewelry. Our spas offer lockers to use for your clothes and personal belongings. We do recommend that you leave your valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles.

You may also pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, check, credit card or gift card. An online account is required to book an appointment.
