Appointments
We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary intake forms. Timely arrival helps us maintain a smooth experience for all clients.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. When proper notice is given, your deposit will remain on file and can be applied to a future service.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
This policy helps us respect the time of our providers and maintain access for all clients.
Medical Intake & Treatment Consent
All clients must complete a medical intake and consent form prior to receiving treatment. This includes disclosing any medical conditions, current medications, or recent procedures. Certain services may be contraindicated based on your health history or medication use.
We reserve the right to withhold or adjust treatment in the interest of client safety and optimal outcomes.
Service Guarantee
Tricoci Med Spa is committed to delivering safe, clinically sound, and personalized results. If you have concerns following your visit, please reach out to us at aesthetics@tricoci.com so that we may follow up appropriately. While we do not offer refunds on medical aesthetic services, we will work with you to ensure your treatment plan is on track.
Pricing
Pricing may vary depending on the number of units or syringes required, the area treated, and your provider’s clinical recommendation. Final pricing will be determined during your consultation.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not accepted for medical aesthetics services. If you’d like to recognize your provider, referrals are always appreciated!
Minors Policy
Tricoci Med Spa provides medical aesthetic services exclusively to clients aged 18 and older.
Due to the clinical nature of our treatments, including injectables, laser procedures, and microneedling, we do not offer services to minors under any circumstances, even with parental consent.
Privacy & Comfort
Our spaces are designed with your comfort and privacy in mind.We recommend leaving valuables at home, as Tricoci Med Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
