What is your cancellation policy, and do I need to tip?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. If you cancel inside that 24-hour window, 50% of the service price applies; if you miss the appointment without letting us know, the full 100% is charged. Gratuity is entirely up to you; 15–20% is customary.
