Yes. Tricoci gift cards have no expiration date and can be redeemed at any Tricoci Salon & Spa location. Buy them online at book.tricoci.com/webstoreNew/giftcards, in the Tricoci app, or in salon. (Gift cards can’t be applied to online product purchases on tricoci.com and are non-refundable.)
What is your cancellation policy, and do I need to tip?
Out of respect for our stylists, colorists, nail technicians, estheticians, and massage therapists, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booked service price, and missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service price. Gratuity is at your discretion; 15–20% is customary at salons.
