What is your cancellation policy, and do I need to tip?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. Cancellations with under 24 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the booked service price, and no-shows without notice are charged 100%. Tipping is at your discretion, with 15–20% customary at salons.
