What is your cancellation policy, and do I need to tip?
Tricoci asks for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. A cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice is charged 50% of the booked service price, and a no-show with no notice is charged the full 100%. Tipping is your choice — 15–20% is the usual range at salons.
