What is your cancellation policy, and do I need to tip?
Tricoci requests at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the booked service price, and no-shows without notice are charged 100%. Tipping is at your discretion — 15–20% is standard at salons.
