What is your cancellation policy, and do I need to tip?
Give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel, and note the cutoff when you book: a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice is charged 50% of the booked service price, and a missed appointment with no notice is charged 100%. Tipping is at your discretion, with 15–20% customary at salons.
