Tricoci Med Spa Oak Brook offers injectables — Botox and Dysport (neuromodulators), dermal fillers, and Sculptra (collagen-stimulating) — advanced lasers (BBL Photofacial / BroadBand Light and MOXI laser resurfacing), and SkinPen microneedling. Yes, a consultation is required: every treatment begins with a complimentary one-on-one consultation with a board-certified nurse practitioner to personalize your plan.

Does Tricoci have any current offers, coupons, or a rewards program?
Any current deals appear on Tricoci’s offers page. Signing up by email unlocks exclusive offers. If you refer a friend, you each receive $25 toward a future treatment\!
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Tricoci gift cards have no expiration and are redeemable at any Tricoci Salon & Spa location; buy them at book.tricoci.com/webstoreNew/giftcards, in the Tricoci app, or in salon. They’re non-refundable and don’t apply to online product purchases on tricoci.com.
What is your cancellation policy, and do I need to tip?
Tricoci requests at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the booked service price, and no-shows without notice are charged 100% (med spa visits may follow a separate policy). Tipping is at your discretion — 15–20% is customary for salon and spa services, and gratuity isn’t expected on med spa treatments.
