The Tricoci Welcome Experience is available to new Tricoci clients only. Rewards are earned in sequence and must be redeemed in order at the visit specified below. If a reward expires or is not redeemed at its designated visit, the client is no longer eligible for the remaining rewards in the program. Each reward expires 45 days from the date of the visit at which it was earned. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. Limit one complimentary service and one reward of each type per client. Valid at participating Tricoci locations only. Tricoci reserves the right to modify or end this program at any time.
Get to Know Us
At visit 1 checkout, clients earn one
complimentary service, chosen from: a Blowout,
a Gloss, a Classic Manicure, a one-area wax, or a
30-minute massage add-on. The complimentary
service must be redeemed at Visit 2 and expires
45 days from the date of Visit 1. The 30-minute
massage add-on must be booked with a paid
massage service. All other complimentary
services may be booked on their own.
Try something new, on us
Clients redeem their complimentary service at visit 2. At visit 2 checkout, clients earn $50 off their next visit (Visit 3). The $50 reward cannot be applied to Visit 2, or retail and expires 45 days from the date of Visit 2.
Make it yours
The $50 reward may be applied to Visit 3 with no minimum spend required. It is valid on salon, spa, and med spa services only and excludes retail, gift cards, series, gratuity, and tax. It cannot be redeemed for cash, and any unused balance is forfeited. After completing Visit 3, clients receive a complimentary retail item selected by Tricoci, subject to availability. Item selection may vary by location.
