2. Eligibility 

Open to legal residents of Illinois, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. 

3. Sweepstakes Period 

Entries will be accepted starting [START DATE/TIME] and ending [END DATE/TIME] ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will be void. 

4. How to Enter 

There are two ways to enter — both give you an equal chance of winning: 

Method 1 — Rebook & Enter (at location) Book your next appointment before leaving a participating Tricoci salon & spa location. Where available, scan the QR code provided on in-location signage to complete the entry form; where a QR code is not available (e.g., monitor signage), ask the front desk or your technician for the entry link. 

Method 2 — Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) (no purchase or rebooking required) Visit [LANDING PAGE URL] and complete the entry form directly. No appointment, purchase, or rebooking is required to use this method. 

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method used. Multiple entries from the same person beyond this limit will be void. 

5. Prize(s) 

One (1) winner will receive one $300 Tricoci gift card (Approximate Retail Value: $300). Total ARV of all prizes: $300. Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification 

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about [DRAWING DATE], by Sponsor or its designated representative. Winner(s) will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry within 7 days of selection. 

If a potential winner cannot be reached within 7 days of first attempted notification, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner in a random drawing from remaining eligible entries. 

7. General Conditions 

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the promotion. 

8. Publicity Release 

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

9. Privacy 

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at [PRIVACY POLICY URL]. 

10. Liability Release 

By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance/use of any prize. 

11. Disputes / Governing Law 

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
