About Nelida
Nelida Prado-D’Alessandro is a Colorist and Color Manager at Tricoci’s 900 N Michigan Avenue location, bringing 35 years of experience in the beauty industry with a career rooted intechnical mastery, education, and innovation.
A Wella Master Color Expert and certified Trichologist, she specializes in advanced color formulation, color design, and scalp and hair health.
Throughout her career, Nelida has mentored over 200 colorists, worked as a celebrity hair colorist, shaped Tricoci’s color education curriculum, contributed to product innovation, and collaborated on professional photoshoots and trend-driven creative work.
She is passionate about creating authentic, empowering color transformations that elevate each guest’sconfidence, lifestyle, and sense of self.
